CreatorLift Digital Purchase, Access, and Refund Policy
Purpose of This Policy
This policy explains how CreatorLift handles digital sales, order fulfillment, access issues, limited refund review, and permitted use of purchased products.
CreatorLift offers digital resources for financial counselors, debt coaches, marriage therapists, personal development professionals, and related service providers. These resources may include financial planning frameworks, counseling scripts, debt reduction planners, swipe files, professional checklists, and other downloadable tools supplied entirely in digital form.
All products sold through CreatorLift are electronic products only. No physical items are mailed, shipped, collected, or returned.
When an Order Is Completed
An order is considered completed once CreatorLift has made the purchased product available to the buyer through a digital delivery method. This may include an instant download page, email delivery, customer account access, resource portal access, or another electronic fulfillment route used by CreatorLift.
Delivery is treated as complete once the file, access link, login details, or download instructions have been successfully provided. The transaction does not remain incomplete simply because the buyer has not yet opened, saved, printed, or used the material.
In some cases, short delivery delays may occur because of payment verification, platform processing, or temporary technical interruptions.
Final-Sale Nature of Digital Products
Because CreatorLift products are digital materials that can be accessed, copied, downloaded, stored, and used shortly after payment, purchases are generally handled on a final-sale basis.
Digital products cannot be returned in the same way as physical merchandise, and once access has been granted, the product cannot be reliably treated as unused. For that reason, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, and returns are not normally available after delivery has taken place.
This rule applies to all digital products sold through CreatorLift, including downloadable files, templates, planners, frameworks, checklists, scripts, printable resources, editable documents, and instant-access materials.
Limited Situations That May Be Reviewed
Although sales are generally final, CreatorLift may review a request where there is a verified issue directly affecting billing or delivery. Review may be available only in limited situations such as:
- the same product was purchased more than once through a duplicate transaction
- more than one charge was processed for the same product because of a payment or technical error
- the delivered file is corrupted, incomplete, or inaccessible and cannot be replaced or corrected
- a technical delivery failure prevented the customer from receiving access after successful payment
Where one of these situations is confirmed, CreatorLift may first choose a practical correction rather than an immediate refund. This may include restoring access, reissuing the download, replacing the affected file, correcting the transaction issue, or providing another reasonable delivery solution. A refund may be considered only if the problem cannot be resolved in another suitable way.
Situations That Do Not Support a Refund
Refund requests will not be approved for reasons such as personal preference, change of mind, lack of use after purchase, or disappointment based on expectations that were not clearly stated on the product page.
Refunds are also not available where the request is based on misunderstanding of the product, failure to review the description before checkout, inability to implement the resource effectively, or dissatisfaction with how the product fits the customer’s existing workflow, style, or business method.
Differences in user experience, implementation results, client response, productivity outcomes, counseling outcomes, or business outcomes do not qualify as product defects and do not create a right to a refund.
What Buyers Should Review Before Checkout
Before placing an order, customers are responsible for reviewing the product page carefully. This includes checking what is included, the intended use of the resource, the delivery format, and any file-type or software information provided at the time of sale.
CreatorLift aims to present clear and detailed product descriptions so customers can make informed purchasing decisions. By completing a transaction, the buyer confirms that they have reviewed the available information and decided that the selected product is suitable for their personal or professional needs.
Compatibility and Technical Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their device, browser, software, storage environment, and internet connection can access and use the delivered file formats. Products may be supplied in formats such as PDF, DOCX, XLSX, or other digital resource formats identified on the platform.
CreatorLift is not responsible for customer-side limitations involving unsupported devices, incompatible software, outdated applications, blocked downloads, weak internet access, local security settings, email filtering, or lack of familiarity with standard digital file handling.
Access and File Storage Responsibility
After delivery, customers are responsible for downloading, saving, and securely storing their purchased materials.
Unless a product page specifically states otherwise, CreatorLift does not guarantee indefinite storage, permanent account hosting, or unlimited future re-download access. Loss of files caused by accidental deletion, device failure, expired third-party storage, forgotten access details, or customer-side technical conditions does not create a right to a refund.
Permitted Use of Purchased Products
Products purchased from CreatorLift are intended for lawful personal use and for individual professional use in areas such as counseling preparation, client support workflows, planning, education, and financial organization, unless a different use scope is expressly stated for a specific product.
A purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product within that permitted scope. The purchase does not transfer ownership of the product itself or of any associated intellectual property rights.
Restrictions on Sharing, Resale, and Redistribution
Without prior written permission, customers may not:
- resell purchased products
- redistribute digital files
- sublicense access to the materials
- share paid resources with unauthorized users
- upload files to marketplaces, shared libraries, or public platforms
- reproduce product content for outside distribution
- modify purchased resources for commercial resale
Unauthorized distribution, file sharing, reproduction, or resale of CreatorLift products is strictly prohibited and may result in revoked access, refusal of future purchases, suspension of related services, or further enforcement action where appropriate.
Support for Delivery Problems
If a customer experiences trouble receiving or opening a purchased product, CreatorLift may provide reasonable assistance to help complete delivery. This may include resending the product, restoring access, confirming delivery records, or offering an alternative digital access method where appropriate.
Support is intended to resolve access and fulfillment problems. It does not automatically create an entitlement to a refund.
No Guarantee of Specific Results
CreatorLift products are designed to support structured work, professional preparation, planning, counseling processes, and client-facing organization. However, outcomes will differ depending on the user, the context, the clients involved, consistency of use, implementation choices, and other external factors.
For that reason, CreatorLift does not guarantee any specific financial result, counseling result, client outcome, relationship outcome, debt reduction outcome, business result, or personal development result from the use of its products.
Changes to Products and Policy Terms
CreatorLift may revise, improve, replace, reorganize, or discontinue products, delivery methods, access systems, and supporting materials from time to time. Unless a product page clearly states otherwise, a purchase does not include a promise of future editions, later versions, expanded resources, or continuing updates.
CreatorLift may also update or revise this policy from time to time to reflect operational, legal, technical, or product-related changes. The version posted on the website will apply from the time it is published.
Purchase Acknowledgment
By purchasing and downloading products from CreatorLift, the customer confirms that the transaction concerns digital content, that delivery is complete once access is provided, and that the order is governed by this digital purchase, access, and refund policy.
